Machine was using central emulsion system as well as nitrogen supply which are therefore not included. Same for dies and pay-off system which will be kept for other lines.

Drawing machine is equipped with 2 rows of 31 capstans 80 mm, all ceramic.

Wire elongation is 10 x 26% and 10 x 21% & 11x15% (31 dies series).

Die sizes can be 28 x 12 mm.

It is equipped with 2 x DC motors: 199 kW & 35 kW.

Inlet wire is 1.7 mm with 250 N/mm² and 1,6 mm.

Speed is 31.5 m/sec.

Annealer is 60 kW capacity, with 1500 Amps.

Voltage can be adjusted 30-41-46 V.

There are two spoolers of static type & suitable for steel spools dia 560 to 630 mm. Each are equipped with input and output conveyor and ladder for easy access to top of the machine. Bell is driven by 28 kW DC motor for a max speed of 1700 rpm. Wire tension is controlled by separate dancer (2), pneumatic. The traversing is made by DC servomotor moving the spool up & down. Line is left to right operated and is about 10 m long (see layout below).

Electrical panel is with SIEMENS drives and SIEMENS PLC S5. EPROM is available as well as very complete electrical and mechanical documentation.
